In this session, Ariel explores the profound idea that reality is a direct reflection of our consciousness. Using the metaphor of a mirror, we examine how the physical world acts as a "screen of space," mirroring our inner states rather than existing as an absolute, unchangeable truth.
What you will learn in this video:
- The Illusory Nature of Matter: How our brains interpret light and atoms to create the illusion of a solid, three-dimensional world.
- Breaking the Cycle of Reaction: Why our emotional states are often trapped in transactional relationships with external conditions and how to shift toward proactive creation.
- The Power of Thought Forms: The process of building new beliefs through faith and perseverance, and why acknowledging the "unreal" nature of your current situation is the first step to changing it.
- Your Sphere of Influence: How to set ambitious yet reachable goals by looking at past successes to build confidence in your manifesting abilities.
- Magic and Time: How viewing time as a fluid construct can speed up the manifestation of your desires and improve the effectiveness of your practice.
By focusing on the inner world of thought rather than trying to manipulate the "mirror" of external reality, you can begin to influence the reflections of your life.

When you're getting ready for work and you're looking in the mirror, maybe you're doing your hair, putting on your makeup, it's not common for you to reach into the mirror to try to fix your hair. Most of us don't try to reach into the mirror to straighten our blouse or straighten our shirt or tie. We understand that the mirror is there as a reflection of what is happening on this side of the mirror.
It's been stated that our objective world or the screen of space is a type of mirror and that what our consciousness projects onto the screen of space is reflected back to us and we interact with it. There are some differences. The screen of space is not confined to a reflective surface like a glass.
It is a three-dimensional reflection, unlike the mirror, which when we try to interact with it in a seemingly real way, our hand would hit the glass. The three dimensions that we experience don't really exist, just how we even perceive color. The way that we perceive color is just a way for us to interpret light.
The way that our eyes receive those data are then interpreted by our brains as a spectrum of color. Every other aspect of the three-dimensional world is also an illusion. It's a helpful illusion.
It helps us to navigate, but everything is coming through our senses in order for us to interact. But what we're interacting with is a screen. What we're interacting with is a reflection.
We just take the screen of space for granted, and that's mostly what we're trained to do in this world, is just to take it for granted, not to question it, and to believe that what's happening seemingly outside of us is real and is powerful. It has power over us. So everything we experience internally is the circumstance dependent.
We're happy when something goes our way. We fall in love when somebody treats us in a certain way. We make money when the world gives it to us.
Then we have a grand series of transactional activities that we have either learned or come up with on our own in order to manipulate the illusion. We operate within the illusion transactionally as if the illusion and us could somehow form a relationship, when in reality the illusion is just reflecting back the consciousness of you personally and of us collectively. When you first start even entertaining the idea that reality as we understand it is malleable and can be changed in accordance to our will, one of the first things that becomes apparent is in order to change reality in accordance to our will, we have to understand the unreality of the world until you can look at everything in the objective world and understand that it is not there the way you think it is.
You don't have any power to create because you're still at the effects of what's out there. I know I see a table, but that table isn't what I think it is. I don't understand that table.
I've been given a lot of information about tables my whole life and I just assume that the table is solid and that it is there for a specific purpose. So I just take for granted that the table is there and that I understand it and I know what it means. If I didn't see the world through these eyes and I saw the world from a different perspective, I'd realize that that table is a bunch of spinning atoms, little baby solar systems to give me the illusion of a table.
I understand that I'm supposed to either eat off that table or write on that table or do something on that table that gives me a solid surface, but if it weren't for my senses and my programming of my senses, I would be able to see that that table isn't that. That table is just a temporary construct. That table is ultimately an illusion.
When I look out onto the screen of space and recognize that nothing is really as it appears, then that puts me closer to being in a position of power to change things into what I want them to be. But until I'm able to recognize the difference between the reflection and the reality, I'm stuck in the reflection as being the reality. I keep trying to reach into the mirror to fix my hair and I don't understand why I can't make it work.
Once we understand, no, this isn't how it is, this just is how it seems, then I can start to learn how the mind works and how the universe operates and I can begin to create thought forms to counteract the thought forms I no longer want and to start seeing changes happen in the external world. Not because I'm being granted some favor by some external deity, but because I'm understanding how things work. I'm understanding that the objective universe is a reflection and that I do have power.
I do have influence. In order to determine how much influence I have at any given time, I have to practice. I have to practice building thought forms to create what I want and disassembling thought forms to eliminate what I do not want.
This practice must include faith. And why do you think it's so important that the Witches' Pyramid includes faith? One of the reasons why is because we have to defy what our senses are reporting to us, saying no, that just appears to be the way things are based on an old thought form. But I have a new thought form that I'm building.
It is here to replace that. It takes us being able to see through the illusion so that we can keep that thought form empowered until it manifests in objective reality. But if we don't have that faith, if we're not capable of keeping that thought form empowered, then the thought form must die because you can't have two realities coexisting in the same space.
If we are deflated by the experience that we're having in three-dimensional reality, it doesn't matter how many affirmations or prayers or psalms that we recite. Those things are simply there to help us build the thought form we wish to experience. And if we are constantly feeling deflated by what's going on on the external, there's no way that we are capable of bringing that new thought form into existence to replace the old one.
So we have to suspend our belief in reality as we understand it, especially while we are working magic. It doesn't matter what our senses are reporting to us as being real. We know what is real is our new thought form.
And that new thought form is doing what it needs to do so that it becomes the reflection rather than this old one. And it's doing that to the degree that we are certain of it, to the degree that we have faith in it, and that we do not believe in the appearances of the old one. And that can be tricky at best.
That can be very challenging, which is why we are constantly encouraging each other to work within our current sphere of influence and expand that sphere of influence. If it's too much of a stretch for us to have faith in something we don't think is possible for us, then we're not going to do anything except decrease our ability to have faith in magic in general. It takes a lot of inner strength to be able to look at something and say, you're not real.
What's real is on the way to being manifest. Most of us have a ceiling that we hit. We're not capable of having faith past a certain ceiling.
That's the border of your sphere of influence. So it's not about going after things that are crazy. It's about learning how to exist within our new reality internally to the point where we experience it in the third dimension.
In order to maintain that faith, we have to be doing things that are at least somewhat reasonable with the understanding that what's reasonable starts expanding quite rapidly as we have success. And there's all kinds of tools that we use to build these thought forms in the presence of the old reality. Maybe you want to increase your financial income by a significant amount of money.
Let's say your current income is $50,000 a year and you want $80,000 a year. And that to you is reasonable, but it is a huge stretch. But it is reasonable.
It's something that you can see is possible. Well, there's nothing wrong with you wanting that $80,000. Of course you are entitled to that $80,000.
But it's up to you to create the thought form of $80,000 or more and not be snowed by the old thought form, which is your current reality, long enough for that seed to take root and grow and blossom forth in your life. Think about something you would love to have. It can be something that you're already working on magically or something that you haven't even started on.
Just think about something that you'd love. Think in terms of, this is somewhat in my sphere of influence, but it's an awful big stretch for me, but it's something I really want. So get that in your mind and now look back over anything in your life that used to be a problem and now is easy.
You used to do this and now you do that. Something you can definitely point to and say, I'm so much more successful in this area of my life than I used to be. And then shift back to your desire that seems like a bit of a stretch and put that same process onto that new desire, that new goal.
Remember when this used to feel like such a stretch for me and now it's just so easy? And just own that new reality for yourself. Step into that new experience. Experience what it feels like as if it used to be hard, but now it's just normal.
That's a very powerful way to, quote, visualize for something. Reframe your goal as something that used to seem so hard, but now is so easy. And it's really helpful if you can relate it to other things in your life.
Now, if there's nothing in your life that's better than it used to be, then we have work to do. This whole idea of working within your sphere of influence is racking up successes. So that's what you have to do first before you can start that kind of stretching into things that seem closer to the edge of your sphere of influence.
You need to rack up some successes. So pull way back for a while. Get some spells cast that are a little tiny bit of a stretch for you so that you can start having some success.
And then you'll be able to use those successes to feed into the goals that might seem like too big of a stretch for you. When things aren't yet manifesting the way you want, don't give it any attention. Just like when you have a child that's acting out, you don't reinforce it with negative attention.
And the same thing goes with your old reality. If it doesn't seem to be fading away fast enough for you, don't give it any attention. Don't fight with it.
Don't complain about it. Go back to your experience of how fabulous it is that this new reality is coming into manifestation and isn't it uncanny how easy it is for this new reality to come into experience, so similar to how things used to be in these other areas of my life. It's such a trend for me to have this success happening with my magic.
The more we can relate to the mirror of the third dimension as just mirroring old thought forms and not letting ourselves get upset by the way that those old thought forms are reflecting, nor getting real attached to the forms that are reflecting thought forms that we do like, when we can recognize it's nothing more than a mirror and that we have all power over the thoughts that we think and the forms of thoughts that we create. We're going to leave the experience of time to itself. When you don't get caught up in the, it needs to happen now experience, or why is it taking so long? Why is it taking so long? You actually speed up your time that it takes for those things to manifest.
In fact, time becomes your friend. Time becomes your good friend if you're not reacting to the idea of time so negatively. Is it here yet? Is it here yet? How long? How long? Why is it taking so long? Those kinds of questions reinforce the idea that time is not your friend and that will be a reality.
But if you don't think that way, if you look at the screen of space, if it's not reflecting your reality, it doesn't bother you one bit. When you're not worried about how long, how long, how long, time speeds up. It collapses.
The only way for you to collapse time and to speed things up is to remove your care about time. Time is also a reflection. Three dimensions is time and space.
You can't have space without time here and vice versa. So they work together. And none of that is really your concern because it's nothing more than a mirror.
And so if you're getting all upset with the mirror, then what you're doing is feeding a new thought form that I have so much to be upset about in regards to how long things take here. But if you withdraw, none of these things move me because the only thing that's in charge right now is my thought form. My thought form is much more powerful than the screen of space.
In fact, it's all powerful over the screen of space. You become unconcerned with how quickly or slowly things are manifesting for you. It happens in an instant.
The best thing you can do with a spell is to completely forget about it and get very busy doing something you love to do, something that you enjoy doing, immersing yourself in something. Take your mind completely off your spell. And what that does is it speeds up your manifestation significantly.
Time then becomes your servant rather than your master. You're no longer projecting something onto time that you do not want. You're allowing time to do whatever it needs to do.
It's not only how we build our spell, but also what our attitude is in general about the third dimension. It's simply a mirror and you recognize that and you allow yourself to experience it as nothing more than a mirror. You don't get so upset about it.
And when you're not getting upset about it, you're not feeding thought forms of upset onto the screen of space for yourself. Those upsetting experiences diminish in favor of what you desire. Not only that, but it frees up so much of your energy to do what you want to do.
When you don't care so much about what's going on in the third dimension and you care more about the ideas behind what's going on in the third dimension, you give much more care to people than you do to things. You start to see that the screen of space is not where they live either. That you live in a dimension that is much higher than this physical world of ours.
When you're no longer upset by the comings and goings of things in this world and you start to feel like you have more power over this world, the way you interact with other people changes significantly because you're no longer looking at them as three-dimensional beings. Your need to have transactional relationships is greatly diminished. It's allowing the screen of space the freedom to do its thing without getting so upset about it.
And therefore, what's reflected back on you are your desires, your intentions, your will. It's a process. It's a constant process like going to the gym is a process or practicing the piano is a process or any other kind of skill that requires daily practice.
And you learn how to practice and as you practice magic you get better and better at it. And things start working better and better for you. If you practice your scales every day for hours but you practice them incorrectly, you aren't getting better at anything other than playing your mistakes.
It's not that practice makes perfect. It's that practice makes permanent. Perfect practice makes perfect.
What you're practicing has to be more than simply the mechanics of spellcasting. It has to also include your perception of the world. And if you can perceive the world as being what it is, a mirror, your practice is going to yield great results in your life.
But if you're practicing magic as if it's you against the world, you're going to reinforce that and you're not going to have the experiences that you want to have. The more we can withdraw our judgments about the world, the faster we start having the manifestations that we want to have. If you're judging the world for not having the manifestations that you want, your thought form is about judging the world.
In addition to being able to cast a good spell, you also have to be able to perceive the world differently. You have to see it for what it is. All I'm doing with the spell is choosing my illusion.
If you untie your current circumstance and let it be what it is, I'm going to withdraw my judgment and my opinion about what's going on. Well, it's just a matter of almost no time at all before you start receiving those results in your life. Because there's nothing to oppose it.
There's nothing to thwart it anymore. Take some time and go through your life and look at everything that's better than it used to be. Even if it seems insignificant, what's better than it used to be? And even if you can't think of it as you command yourself to think of it, the idea that you've asked that question, it might come up when you're not expecting it.
Those things are golden. When you are creating a new thought form, you can create that new thought form and treat it as though it's one of those that you just take for granted now. And when you can do that and disengage from your judgment about the external world, things happen quickly for you.
Time becomes your friend instead of at odds with you. Time is my friend. I'm putting the brush in my hair, not in the mirror.
I'm not trying to reach into the mirror anymore. I fix my world in my thought forms, not in the screen of space. Thank you very much for spending some time with me today.
I so appreciate you. Until next time, blessed be. Bye.
