Although we are working a healing spell here, you can adapt the procedure of poppet magic to any need.

Healing Poppet Ingredients:
Orange modeling clay
Orange Candle
Orange Cloth
Vegetable oil with a pinch of salt mixed in
Ground chamomile and lemongrass
Salt
Water
Spray perfume or floral water (or you may use incense and a perfume oil)
Procedure:
00:00:00 - Introduction
00:01:00 - Mix equal amounts of the herbs and the salt to make a healing powder
00:01:15 - Knead a small amount of this powder into the modeling clay
00:01:30 - Make a crude human figure from the clay: a head, a torso, two arms and two legs. Your artistic abilities are not important here at all. Crude is best.Place the doll on the orange fabric.
00:3:14 - Anoint the candle with the oil/salt mixture and then light it.
00:03:27 - Mix some salt into the water and sprinkle it over the doll saying, "You are no longer clay, you are flesh and blood of (name the patient)."
00:04:01 - Spray the doll with some perfume or floral water (or wave it through incense smoke and anoint it with perfume oil) saying, "You are no longer clay, you are flesh and blood of (name the patient)."
00:04:37 - Sprinkle the remaining healing powder over the doll (the doll is on the orange fabric). See the patient being healthy and completely free of whatever ailment they have been suffering from.
00:05:29 - Wrap up the orange fabric around the doll and secure it as a snug package.
00:05:36 - Leave it next to the candle. Let the candle burn down and out by itself (never leave a candle burning unattended). Hide the doll away in your home until the healing has occurred.
00:05:50 - Unwrap the doll and say, "you are no longer flesh and blood. I return you now to clay. Then take the doll apart and throw the doll, the powder and the orange fabric in the garbage.
