Draw a five-pointed star on the paper.
Write your goal weight. Numbers only (not pounds, kilos…)
Place symbol for Venus in each point of the star
Draw ring of salt around the pentagram
Place glass in the center of the circle over numbers
Fill with rosewater.
Sit for a moment and relax your body and mind Allow yourself to feel at peace with your current weight. Keep relaxing and accepting your weight as it is. Then simply decide on your new weight.
Cover the glass so it doesn’t evaporate. Keep this set up for seven days. Do your relaxation exercise as stated above each night.
Then tip the water and the salt into a bath and bathe with it. If you don’t have a bathtub, you can pour the water over your head in the shower and scrub your skin with the salt.
Once you have finished the spell, you can tear up the paper and throw it away.
