For best results, I recommend you cast this spell on the first Monday following the new moon.
Ingredients:
A small bowl of water
Scissors
Ruler
Piece of paper (either blue or white)
Pencil (either dark blue or balck)
Compass
Protractor
Votive candle in a holder (blue or white candle)

Procedure:
00:00:00 - Introduction
00:01:00 - Create the talisman as shown.
00:03:22 - Place the bowl of water on the talisman. Pour in a bit of Kananga water. Place the candle in the bowl of water and light it.
00:03:44 - Visualize the water being filled with light blue light with silver specks.
00:4:16 - Let the candle burn down and out by itself (never leave a candle burning unattended), rip up the talisman and throw it away.
00:04:25 - Sprinkle the water from the bowl all through your home, clockwise starting at the front of the house.
