Ingredients:
1. Small square of yellow paper
2. Pen with red ink
3. Small square of yellow fabric
4. Herbs of Provence
5. Piece of ribbon or string
6. Yellow Candle
7. Anointing Oil (any vegetable oil with a few grains of salt mixed in)
8. Lavender perfume or essential oil
9. Small nail or paper clip

Procedure:
This spell is best be performed on a new moon (Sunday is ideal), but anytime you need it, it's fine.
00:00:00 - Introduction
00:00:18 - Write a brief statement of the healing you desire on the paper in red ink, and draw a circle around it.
00:00:54 - In the center of the fabric place some of the herbs and a few pinches of salt. Set aside.
00:01:12 - Spray the paper with three sprays of the lavender perfume (or 3 dabs of essential oil)
00:01:16 - With the paper clip or nail, draw the symbol of Mercury on the candle ☿
00:01:24 - Anoint the candle with the oil, place it in its holder, place it on the paper and light it.
00:01:33- Take about 5 minutes to visualize the person completely healed; then let the candle burn down and out by itself.
00:01:52 - Fold up the paper as shown, and place it on top of the herbs.
00:02:03 - Gather the corners of the fabric and tie it all up using the string or ribbon. Anoint it with the lavender perfume or oil
Once the healing has taken place, disassemble the bag and throw it all away.
