Psalm 80 can be used as a powerful spell to correct an error and undo the consequences of a mistake by invoking the power of Divine Grace. Grace does not cancel the law of cause and effect — it introduces a higher cause. Just as a parent may catch a child before a misstep becomes a fall, Divine Grace can enter a chain of events and produce a different result.
This does not release us from acknowledging the error, correcting it, making amends, or taking appropriate action. It means that suffering is not required as payment for the mistake. Through the action of a higher cause, the harmful consequences can be undone — and the situation can ultimately produce blessings instead.
