In this Soulful Sunday teaching, I share a simple alchemical practice you can use whenever life presents you with something that needs to change.
The practice takes only an instant:
“I turn lead into gold.”
Or, when you need a gentler version:
“I can turn lead into gold.”
The purpose isn't to deny the problem or pretend everything is fine. You acknowledge the “lead” honestly, charm it, and then "put it up" so the hidden work of transformation can take place without interference.
We'll explore the Inner Alchemist, Divine Design, why transformation requires incubation, how to recognize the first signs of gold, and one often-overlooked step: collecting the gold once it appears.
Know your lead.
Charm your lead.
Put it up.
Collect the gold.
