In this lecture, Ariel Gatoga explains a simple magical practice for dispelling unwanted thoughtforms by choosing harmony and turning toward the presence of the Infinite.
Drawing on Psalm 68’s image of enemies being scattered and the familiar image of light dispelling darkness, Ariel walks through the working: name what you are treating, decide for harmony, focus your attention through prayer or another spiritual practice, then end the spell and let it work.
You can use an affirmation, Psalm 23, the Witch’s Rosary, or another practice that helps you focus on harmony. Continue taking practical steps in your life when needed.
